• What payment options are available?
  
  All payments are handled securely through our teaching platform SuperTeacher. Parents can choose their preferred payment method, including WeChat Pay, Alipay, credit or debit card, or even direct bank transfers. This way, everything is safe, flexible, and convenient for you.

• What is your refund policy?
  
  If you purchase a class package and at any point feel unsatisfied, you may request a refund for all unused classes. Please note that the classes already taken will be recalculated at the single-class rate. For example: if you purchase a 30-class package for $497 and use 4 classes, those 4 will be charged at the single rate, and the refund will be $397 for the 26 unused classes. Trial classes are non-refundable.

• What are the trial class details?
  
  Trial classes last 25–30 minutes, include evaluation and practice, and cost $1.

• What materials are used?
  
  English Bright and Ellii interactive curriculum, specially designed for ESL learners, ensuring an engaging start and adaptable approach for each student.

• Can parents observe lessons?
  
  Parents may observe any lesson if they wish.

• What is your class cancellation policy?
  
  Classes cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be counted. Classes cancelled 12 hours or less before the scheduled time will be compensated by half (counted as half a class). If the student does not show up or cancels one hour or less before the class, it will be counted as a completed class.

• Do you offer IELTS or TOEFL preparation?
  
  Even though I am familiar with these exams, I have not specialized in IELTS or TOEFL training. I believe it would be unfair to charge for something I am not specifically trained to teach, so I focus only on the areas where I can deliver real expertise and value.
